Trip World (Game Boy, 1992)

Okay, so, Trip World is kind of like Gimmick!'s little brother. They're very similar, graphically, but Trip World isn't insanely difficult. You play as some kind of armless rabbit, who has morphing abilities. Press Up and B and you turn into a little bunny-copter. Press Down and B and you return back to normal, once more and you turn into a fish (who slowly falls over if you're on dry land). There's also fruits scattered about the levels that turn you into other things for a limited amount of time, such as a bouncy ball, a rat with a long tail to whip with, and... I dunno how to describe this one. You grow a flower on your head, and then spit seeds at the enemies, and they grow flowers on their heads? And then they can't move.

The story line is something like, a flower that keeps peace gets stolen, and all the other inhabitants go violent, and start attacking you. It's kind of hard to piece together, BUT the intro cut scene is really good. I've only been playing it for a bit today, but I really like it. The soundtrack is really good too! Get going with it.
