Sorry i don't upload as much, i've been focusing on music more lately. ANYWAY.
Today's ROM is an amazing hack of Rockman 2 (not Mega Man 2, theyre slightly different and that effects this hack). Done by IKA, released in 2007. Almost everything is changed in this. The bosses act different. The soundtrack is replaced with NES versions of songs from other Mega Man games (the Mega Man Zero 2 song is my favorite). The bosses act different, and have completely different weapons. Their stages are completely redesigned with custom graphics. The behavior is changed on a lot of the enemies. This is the "Normal" version. If you want to play the "Hard" version (i really fucking bet you won't), you'll have to grab the rockman 2 rom, an IPS patcher and the .IPS file of the hard version. This download doesnt require patching.
